Pros: Very nice staff, excellent restaurant with many tasty choices, good wine of the house, and good service. The restaurant had a nice outside terrace, with good background music and dinner could be served until 22:30 PM, which was very convenient. The pool was also very nice and clean. The room was well equipped with comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with all new fittings, and a nice terrace with chairs and table, Breakfast was also good, with 6 different choices, but could also be ordered á lá carte, and could be served until noon, which is very nice for people who like to sleep in while on holiday.

Cons: The only thing that surprised me was, that access to the pool was charged extra, even though I don't remember seeing that in the description of the hotel. The charge was half the amount for hotel guests (outside guests were also allowed to the pool for a charge) and wasn't too much, I just thought to note it for others to know. The tennis court also advertised as being part of the hotel facilities was quite heavily used during the day for tennis lessons, I don't know if it would have been available at all for hotel guests, and if so, probably for a charge. Anyway, this is a great hotel, and would definitely go back!

Pros: Everything else - the room was sparkling clean, design is great, there are no nasty chemical smells in the room (such as odorisants), furniture looks good, heating works perfectly. Best choice in Bacau.

Cons: Close to the main road so a bit noisy if the windows are open.

Cons: Very dirty , been at this hotel manny times before but unfortunately this time they show me 2 different rooms as I was really cross about toilet , tv stand and dust plus the hotel provided slippers… the toilet had poop 💩 dirt plus Hair all over , the towels where full of lady hair and stain from food on the table, and the room visible not properly clean ( shame ) it was a good accommodation long time ago.. will never go back again .

Pros: I booked at Vila Tosca for my mother and she liked everything. The room was spacious and clean, friendly staff and plenty of choice for breakfast.

Pros: The apartment that we received after upgrading at a discount price was stunning. Very clean, nice furniture, excellent customer service and delicious breakfast with very polite staff.

Pros: Very large and cozy rooms, good breakfast, the croissants were awesome by the way. The rooftop restaurant is a plus, had a great steak for lunch there. Waitstaff is really friendly.

To sit on the toilet it was a challenge, and the little shower cubicle door fell off in my hands , one only 🤣. But it was warm and cozy and the bed it was a good size for a singe bed . I was not really disappointed, it was not too bad 👍🏻

Pros: The food was well served and the waiters were polite, the room was big and with a nice view. The breakfast was really good.

Cons: They said on the phone the pool was open and when we got there was not. And the Jacuzzi even tho was open, because is small was dirty a little and full of people. In the room we asked for a bed for two and they just put two little beds together so it was very uncomfortable to sleep at night.

Pros: Rooms are big, clean and air conditioned. The pool was relatively free for swimming after 7pm (there are swimming classes before that on weekdays).

Cons: Needed to spend a night in Bacau for an early morning flight and this hotel looked like one of the best in town. It was 100% not worth it. Poor quality for the price and number of stars, appalling service (could not confirm anything about my booking, what spa access it included, or if it had been paid already, and told me i should already know these things), bad location (across town from the airport, with heavy peak hour traffic). Decor is dated, bed is uncomfortable, half the lights not working. Spa not relaxing, no swim suit dryer. Would not go again and would not recommend for the price.

Pros: The location was ok for the price we got it for. The owner and staff were kind and friendly. The room and overall location was clean. A plus was the automatic car gate with code for extra security.

Cons: The code to the gate was not communicated to us in advance so we had to wait in front of the location for 15 minutes until someone spotted us and let us in. The rooms were clean but there was no heating until morning - we were at a wedding and came back at 3 AM and the heaters were frozen cold. The heating started somewhere after 5 AM.

Pros: I liked that the rooms are very big and nicely furnished and in front of them there are tables and chairs where you can drink your coffee. The hotel is located very close to the center of the city, but the zone is quite peaceful. The host was very nice and allowed us to check-in at whatever the hour was more convenient for us. If we will go in Bacău again, we will definetly chose the same hotel.
