    Clean hotel, lousy staff, ice cold pool

    Clean spacious rooms, clean linens. Quiet part of town. Close to the beach.

    Hot tub was broken for the entire five days we were there. Pool was freezing cold, and staff refused to switch on the heater... saying they never heat their pool in October for any reason. They offered no form of compensation. Be warned - if something is wrong with your stay, the staff here is NOT empowered to anything about it.

    The room was clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

    There were only few minor things which shouldn't discourage you to come and stay in this hotel. The first thing was this silly coffee machine at breakfast which didn't make nice coffee at all. If you like good tea bring your own bags :) The second was English speaking tv channels. If you don't want to watch euro news you will end up with ITV4 which, to be honest, if you are not used to it, will probably drive you mad. The last one was no kettle in the room. If you are tea addict you will probably suffer a bit :)
