Pros: Italian /Irish air hostess fabulous with annoying customers, bless her she handled everything so well, I would have thrown them off

Cons: I paid 20 euro each for extra leg room on the way out and we were cramped into a seat across from toilet at the v back so for 4 half hours there was nothing but tits and ass in my face and it was so tight could hardly move that milk spilt all over my good trousers that cost me 160 euro and I can’t get out

Pros: The captain had such a good sense of humour.. he was the most lighthearted captain ever- praise to all crew onboard and also amazing to the passengers.

Cons: Nothing it was perfect for Ryanair.. always getting better

Cons: Gate was closed without putting a notice on the boarding.

Pros: The crew was kind.

Cons: I had to buy a plus ticket for my luggage, but I bought a priority before. I don’t like it.

Cons: Very very small amount of legroom Flight was delayed c.90 minutes, there wasn't a lot of information and eventually were told they had to use a different plane, which may have explained it's quite poor old condition.

Pros: Because kayak did not alerted me my flight had to be moved to Miami since is the only city that provides passports the same day. This extra expense costed me over 400$ in hotels gas and extra parking costs.

Cons: Kayak services were terrible and I do not plan to use them again. The website should have alerted me that I needed a passport valid for longer than 3 months to my flight for Spain.

Pros: Comfort and friendliness of crew

Cons: Everyone told to board at the same time but they no one being boarded for over 30 mins. So left just standing in a long line for ages. Why tell us to board before you’re ready to board anyone? And why all at the same time and not groups of rows?

Pros: Timely departure and quick boarding.

Cons: Seats were not comfortable and staff was not exactly tentative.

Pros: On time, smooth and professional

Cons: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Cons: I got an email that the flight was canceled then another that it was on time. This caused confusion and distress

Cons: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Pros: It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service.

Pros: Modern aircraft. Very clean. Polite staff. Some more willing than others to be friendly and helpful. Staff left you be rather than bombarding you with sales of various items like with some other low cost airlines

Cons: Boarding was very late for no apparent reason. Left us almost an hour delayed once boarded. Some of the staff were unfriendly while others were lovely. Not much space at all between the seats both forwards and back. In flight service was poor. As I booked through BA I expected a BA style of flight; in flight meal and drinks.

Pros: we reached our destination alive

Cons: We sat on the aircraft on the tarmac for two hours, no explanation. Food and drink were served 20 mins before landing, some people didn’t get a chance to have a drink. Staff were disorganised confused and rude. My debit card was handed to another passenger because the steward had no idea what he was doing. Beyond awful!

Pros: One of the crew member was really rude, she made a mistake went off on me and didn’t even apologize, she act like nothing happened, I tried reaching out to the airline and they never got back to me

Cons: Barcelona airport was a mess. They lost my bag with half of the plane bags and they didn’t even update the bag status online or call me when it arrived

Cons: Our flight from Lax to Barcelona was cancelled by airlines and we had to cancel our entire trip. For days now I’ve been trying to communicate with Ryanair to get a refund but neither claim forms nor EU261 worked. I sent countless emails and messages, but still have no resolution

Cons: On board the plane I was told you have to pay for all the food drinks quite abruptly maybe because I had shorts on and a tee shirt the lady in question thought I did not have much money.....Never go by how somebody is dressed that's my advice to your airline staff....

Pros: New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft

Cons: This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again.

Cons: Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch
