Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's peaceful and beautiful location, which is ideal for relaxation and disconnecting from daily stress. Many found the service to be warm and attentive, with staff often described as friendly and accommodating. The pools and spa areas were also highlighted as standout features, offering a serene and enjoyable experience. However, several guests noted ongoing construction, limited breakfast variety, and issues with room size and access, which detracted from the overall luxury experience expected from a five-star hotel.
