Pros (+) The location was great. We also liked the cake, sparkling wine, and fruit plate for our honeymoon.
Cons (-) First, in our opinion the staff were often incompetent. For example, room service could not make change. For another example, it took over an hour to check in and we were forced to fill out a registration card multiple times.
