Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the hotel staff, as well as the spaciousness of the rooms and the impressive hotel atmosphere and decor. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue for some, with complaints about room hygiene, pests, and insufficient housekeeping. The quality and variety of food, especially at breakfast and buffet, also receive criticism from multiple guests. Despite these drawbacks, many guests enjoyed the overall ambiance and found the hotel suitable for families, especially those with children.
