Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were disappointed with their stay, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues such as broken locks, dirty rooms, and malfunctioning amenities. Many felt the hotel did not offer good value for the price, with extra charges and subpar facilities. However, some guests appreciated the hotel's central location, which is convenient for city access and business purposes. A few reviewers found the surroundings pleasant and the price reasonable, but these positives were outweighed by the numerous negative experiences reported.
