Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location and some enjoy the range of facilities and grounds. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unprofessional or unfriendly staff and slow responses. Cleanliness is a recurring concern, with dated rooms, dirty carpets, and occasional dust or unpleasant smells mentioned. Bed comfort is often criticized, with several guests reporting uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, but negative comments about quality, variety, and extra charges are frequent. Overall, while the hotel offers some positives, it is widely seen as overpriced and in need of renovation and better management.
