Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and visiting attractions like the Guggenheim Museum. Many found the breakfast to be a highlight, with several mentioning its variety and quality. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms were also appreciated by guests. However, there were recurring complaints about aspects of service, including staff attitude, room service, and issues at breakfast. Some guests noted that the pool area was small or not inviting, and a few mentioned maintenance issues in rooms or facilities. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, service and some amenities did not always meet five-star expectations.
