It was in a convenient location. It looked like other guests really enjoyed the waterslide and pool.
House keeping! I was there for three nights and not once was my room cleaned by housekepping. After discovering this on the first day, I went to the front desk and they said I must have put a “do not disturb” sign out before I left for the day. I had not. They also told me the housekeeping staff had left. I asked the worker at the front desk to make sure my room was cleaned tomorrow. When I woke the following day I even called the front desk to remind them thatI needed my room Once again, when I returned in the even I decovered tha tmy room had not been cleaned a second time. I once again went to the front desk where the staff member told mr that they had new staff and probably missed. I wasked to speak to the general manager to get a partial refund, but she had already left.

Our first room the door was broken, the second room didn't have a room number on the door. The room was labeled No Smoking but had obviously been smoked in for a long time. The toilet had dried urine and hair behind the seat and the shower curtain was moldy.
This hotel was very old and run down. Everything was in need of renovation.I was scared to use the bed because the linens were old, wrinkled and smelled stale. The towels were all stained.

the staff are very forget full. you call them to pick you up and forget to. or drop you off at wal-mart and say you'll have to get a cab back. and thay use a pick up not a van. the rooms was not clean, and the up charge is bad to use the pool is free but water side is 1.25 hot tubs not sure and house keeping not sure how much that is but keep the door locked so thay don't come in on you... I had my phone stole from the pool side.. hall ways smelled and the hooker staying in the hotel are a pain. one asked me two time if I whated to come to there room for some fun. and people smoke weed in the rooms... if my truck was working and not in the shop I would have been out of here.. but im stuck so....

Check-in process was quick and easy, breakfast was good and breakfast area was clean. The pool and slide were fun (we were the only ones it it)! Our kids loved that part.
We had a dog yapping next door every time someone walked down the hall or out of our room. The room was dirty (corners had dust and hair balls, spots of who knows what on the floor, and the bathroom was lightly cleaned, at best). The frig was unplugged (which we didn't know and put food in it) and one of the shelves was broken. The smell was awful when we walked into the room...obviously the housekeeper smelled it because the window was wide open but it still stunk horribly! Overall, it was hard for me to feel comfortable since the room was so dirty. I would have requested a different room had we not arrived at 11:30 p.m. with 3 exhausted children!!!
House keepers were very professional and polite. They have an up beat attitude and if they dont like their jobs they definitely are great at pretending too.
Laundrdry is too expensive the washer cost $2 the dryer cost $2 but you have to run the dryer two times for it to dry your clothes Thoroughly. and the front desk will not give out any change especially for laundry. the Front desk rented out our room with us in it. So a man walked in our room while my sons getting dressed. The pool closes at 10 we havn't had any chance to use it until finally on thursday at 9:40. We tried to swim for at least 10 minutes but as soon as we got to the pool door the Male working front desk said that it was too late.
Being moved to room to room because TV didn't work or to late at night and they don't have linens or towels in a room and the one room that had working TV and linens and stuff bed was horrible never stay there again

Staff was mostly friendly lobby was clean and nice breakfast bar was decent in general the room looked great, loved the tv/dresser armoire combo.
dirty pool ants in room kids in room across from us were in and out of their room till after 2:00 and banging on their door. most of the time we thought they were knocking on our door so we go up to see if all was okay. in the morning they were training housekeepers and one that appeared to be the head housekeeper was reprimanding a new employee and was so loud and nasty we could here her clear out in the hall.

The rooms were small and dirty. The pool was green and the hot tubs had dead skin floating in them. The bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and you could barely move in it. The shower head was for midgets. The whole hotel smelt like tuna and bad fish.
not a thing worst stay ever had to change rooms 4 times . 1st room door was kicked in . 2nd room heat did not work. 3rd room bathroom sewer backed up as I walked in. 4th room had wasps in it. P;EASE DO NOT SEND ANYONE THERE. Thank you Marcia Bundy
