Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the sea, city center, and event venues. Many appreciated the beautiful sea views and the convenience of nearby attractions. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Service was also criticized, with mentions of unprofessional or unfriendly staff and slow response times. While some enjoyed the breakfast and found it adequate, others felt it did not meet four-star expectations. Overall, the location and views were the hotel's standout features, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
