Pros (+) I got nothing.
Cons (-) I made our vacation reservations in January. An arsonist burnt 3 cabins on March 17 ( I found this out in the local paper) The cabin management didn't let us know until the week we were supposed to check in. It was almost impossible to find another place to stay.
