Friendly staff, great location, easy access, good beds, clean rooms, good breakfast choices.
The elevator feels a bit rickity. I was very thankful I only had to use it twice.
The price and location are great. The staff is also friendly.
Our room was dirty, outdated and smelled. It was a nonsmoking room but smelled like smoke, when I went to plug my phone charger in, I found old cigarette butts on the floor. The shower was gross and dripped all night. All and all the room was just gross.

A/C did not work, room felt damp, room appeared as if someone was just inside laying on the bed, when we found our room the door was wide open

Staff was fantastic! All were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were accommodating with a bit of an early check in as we were crunched for time. Cleanliness and location (easy highway access) were good.
Facilities were poor. Crack in marble above a/c unit, a/c unit did not stay on, tv remote did not work, wi-fi barely worked, not enough parking, couple elevator buttons torn off, dead outlet, very small pillows (almost throw sized).
The staff are really nice friendly and helpful. The all you can eat free breakfast is amazing with a waffle maker. You have access to a small computer room with a printer that you can print without asking. Coffee and tea is available all day. Tv and refrigerator in room. Desk and lighting.
The rooms were ok. The bathrooms are way too small. Could be a little bit more clean.
