Pros (+) The luggage boy Anthony was amazing. He even sings for you and writes his own songs. Amazing service. Location was great and the coordinator for the shuttle service was very punctual and organized
Cons (-) Maybe better pricing for a suite. But the service was great and accommodating. Maybe a hot tub or larger one. The food took close to 30 min for a small chicken tenders but it was excellent quality and tasted good

Cons (-) Key did not work in the room, staff was not impressive. We were surprised to find we were paying for parking in their lot. We will not return to this location.

Pros (+) Great heated pool that the kids loved even during the cooler days. We had, what I thought were pretty large rooms. I booked a double with 2 adults and 3 kids. We fit and slept just fine. Many things to do in the area both kid and adult friendly. I sat at the pool side bar while the kiddos swam all day!
Cons (-) Charged extra fees for daily parking, resort fee, internet fee. So the"great rate" turned out to be about average for the area. I had a couple days where nobody touched up room for us. No coffee refills, empty trash, etc.

Pros (+) The beds and linens were awesome. Bed was super comfortable. Very nice atmosphere at the pool bar.
Cons (-) I was dissspointed there was no morning breakfast included in the fee. Continental breakfast is pretty standard anymore at a hotel of this caliber.

Pros (+) Lovely grounds but needs more attendants to clean up after guests pool was beautiful not too cold room appeared clean
Cons (-) Jacuzzi had bad smell pool towels were a 45 minute wait bed not good maybe sleep number is not for us carpet was moldy and smelt of feet Next time I would go for a newer property and pay more Maybe it was the timing of being Christmas Day maybe they only had a skeleton crew? Either way it was not a good experience
