Cons: Lady at Budget in Bend promptly told me that the gps in the car would be disabled. Because of that I opted to rent one. The gps in the car worked just fine so I payed for something that I didn't need

Cons: Drop off there was a lack of direction to area that private vehicles could wait for those dropping off rental cars.

Cons: See my prior written statement. My final bill was double than what I was quoted and no explanation as to why. I didn't get a printed receipt just a transaction on my credit card. I travel frequently and rent cars frequently and now I will be hesitant on booking with Budget knowing that the cost is almost double than what you are quoted.
Pros: I had a Toyota Corolla - ?"S" = good handling, I liked the monitor that showed the "area in the reverse mode" - and it maneuvered well in the turns and backing up.
Comfort when driving - very pleased!

Issues at drop off
Pros: Pretty easy pick up, excellent vehicle for mountainous terrain.
Cons: Bit of confusion at drop off, additionals cost not clearly communicated.

Easy to deal with and easy to change
Pros: We realized the car we originally rented was too small we were able to get an upgrade for minimal dollars.

Pros: The car was small and fun to drive.
Cons: The car was small and we could barely fit our camping gear in it. The check engine/oil change light was on from the time we picked it up (obviously I didn't go get an oil change on my vacation) to the time we dropped it off. The tire pressure was low and the car needed its tires rotated as the steering wheel would vibrate at any speed above 45 mph. Overall I was okay with the price but was anxious the entire time driving the car that I would be charged in excess for preexiting conditions...
Pros: Enterprise made the pickup and drop off so quick and easy. Then they called me the next day to ensure the car was performing satisfactorily. I'll rent from them again

Pros: Easy pick-up and drop-off, free upgrade to an awesome four wheel drive pick-up truck, which is great for the area if you want to get into the back-country. Also had snow one night and felt very comfortable in this vehicle. Much more reasonable than the airport rentals.

Great customer service. Car not cleaned before ren
Pros: The customer service, ease of pickup and drop off was excellent. Very happy with the transactions! No hard upselling and we were in and out within 5 minutes. Small airport and no wait time in line to pick up. Drop off was during early hours and we only needed to park the car and put the keys into a drop box. VERY HAPPY with ease of renting/customerservice/ease of drop off.
Cons: Car had not been cleaned at all before our renting it. Dash had soda spill and was sticky. Seats were marked up and had crumbs all over the back seats. Inside window was so dirty, we at first ran the defrost because it was just fogging up. Outside was dusty.
Sonata didn't have fabulous pickup and at the seats weren't terribly comfortable. This doesn't reflect on Enterprise, just the actual make/model of the car.

Terrific Hertz Sales Person
Pros: I accidentally pre-registered for the vehicle to be in a different location. My sales person was solution-oriented from the start, very positive and friendly. She got me taken care of in the best way possible, as soon as possible. This was my first time renting from Hertz and I was very impressed.

I'll never rent or even reserve a rental with Hertz
Pros: They have the lowest price
Cons: There was no warning that I was required to have a major credit card i order to rent a vehicle with Hertz. The girl at the counter could have cared less to the fact that I had a reservation for 2 weeks in order to be in my close friend's wedding. She offered no help or other options, and simply wanted to keep saying, "It's our policy" yet when I asked to see the policy, she refused and said she would call the police on me!
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I'LL NEVER USE HERTZ OR KAYAK AGAIN!
