Most things were fine except the incredibly awful smell of smoke from previous users. They really should clean the cars properly before renting them out again or consider renting stinky cars to smokers.

Agent in Cork was very friendly with lots of info on things in the area. Car was a bit small for 4 adults and luggage but it worked. Only thing I didn’t like was the insurance thing. When I booked Kayak indicated we needed insurance so I bought some from their partner since none of our credit cards cover Ireland car rentals. But at the agency we were told what we bought wasn’t enough and had to buy more from them. Feel like I got ripped off.
