New car was goodPros: new car and friendly service.Cons: Surprised to find out the car we reserved did not have AC - so I had to upgrade to one with AC - this place should not rent cars with out ac in my view.
Cons: Nobody speaks English. Drop off place was different than was sent in the email, took us an extra hour to find the correct location. Then we were charged $850 extra after dropping it off without any explanation. The guy checked the car and everything was fine, and within one hour we were charged

Luckily for drivers, these traffic problems are largely confined to two primary rush hours in the morning and afternoon. Specifically, they run from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. During peak traffic hours the main street to avoid is Avenida Quarto Anel Viário, as it experiences the bulk of the city’s congestion.
