Very Straight forward rental and very good company to deal with. Would have preferred to collect car on Sunday evening when I arrived, but the office was closed 30 mins before. A collection service would help, Enterprise have a service such a service.

We planned and booked our holiday and flights around this hire car. Unfortunately the following day after making the reservation we get an email to say the there is no car available. We then had to rebook elsewhere at a much higher price (we wouldn't have planned this holiday if we'd know this would be the case!). Thanks for nothing! This was a booking made on Kayak, with Qeeq as the provider, who in turn used MABI as the supplier. Appalling and will never book through any of these providers again.

Pros:

The communication with the rental agents was superb. Staff was so friendly I did not believe this is a car rental office.

Cons:

The car was extremely advanced with steering assistant, car key sensor, etc. It was completely new so even staff was not aware of all the features. It would be helpful to explain customers at least some of them. On the other hand, driving was full of new experiences this way and discoveries.

Pros:

The car. Very comfortable, fun to drive, great features

Cons:

Returning the car after hours was very confusing. We didn't have a code for the garage and had to wait until someone else came along with the code. Also the self serve kiosk was behind a gate so we couldn't access it. The after hours phone number was no help either.

The car rental itself was great!

Cons:

I showed up to the location I chose from the map (Gothenburg central station) however somehow my reservation had been made for the airport, which I didn't check at the time. So I had to get a taxi to the airport at 11pm and called the hertz employee to stay past her hours.
