Pros: Desk person was courteous and tried to help resolve my issues. Pick up and drop off worked well.
Cons: The person working the counter was courteous and helped me work through the issues. One issue was resolved successfully, the other was not. The issue that was resolved was the price: the counter tried to charge me a rate 33% higher. When I showed the agreement from Kayak, the person needed to call management to give me that rate. Eventually they did. The issue that did not get resolved was the type of vehicle. They had economy and SUV's on the lot...I paid for an intermediate. They chose to downgrade me to the economy instead of upgrade. The vehicle was also dirty on the inside and outside.
