The vehicle(Compact Car) I was originally assigned was being cleaned and was going to be 30 mins late as it was being cleaned. I was upgrade to another vehicle(SUV-Premium Gas) with scratches outside on on one of the seats. On check In the agent asked me about a particular scratch which the Check OUT agent acknowledged was there and took video of which made me upset.
