The price they offered was great. I booked the morning I needed to rent the vehicle and my request went through. When I went to pick it up, I was curtly told that I needed to give them 24 hours notice to rent a car. I understand why that might be a policy, but if so, put it on your website. Also, you don't have to be rude about informing a policy
