Alamo was great. We picked up earlier than expected and dropped off a little later, no problem. People are very nice.
First was disappointing that I requested a full size SUV for 7 passengers, got a car only for 5 , then they exchange it with one for 7 but didn’t like that car, didn’t have power.

Unexpected and unexplained mandatory insurance fee of 14USD/day made the hidden cost a sour taste in our mouths. Initially booked with Hertz because online we were given a price that appeared to be a good deal. Disappointed….
