Cons:
I went to pick up the car, they had hours up to 3 pm posted at the counter for the Saturday 11/28/2020. I was there just a few minutes before 3 pm. Nobody at the counter. Could here music playing in the adjacent employees room, and a personal bag was sitting in the counter chair. Knocked on the employee door twice and waited until 3:15. Couldn’t get assistance or a car. Looked up hertz rental and one was open till 4 pm near the airport in Tyler. Drove to this one before 4 pm, but it was closed also. Therefore wasn’t able to obtain a rental car to get me to Dallas love airport by 4:00am Sunday morning,. so required family member to drive 200 extra miles Sunday morning to go out of there way to drop me off at the airport . It would be better to have your places open to the times they post they are.
Made reservation for 8 passenger SUV a week in advance for a wedding party. 2 hours before pick up they called and said the rented it to someone else the night before. Did not offer to help find a replacement. Was very disappointed.
