Cons:I went to pick up the car, they had hours up to 3 pm posted at the counter for the Saturday 11/28/2020. I was there just a few minutes before 3 pm. Nobody at the counter. Could here music playing in the adjacent employees room, and a personal bag was sitting in the counter chair. Knocked on the employee door twice and waited until 3:15. Couldn’t get assistance or a car. Looked up hertz rental and one was open till 4 pm near the airport in Tyler. Drove to this one before 4 pm, but it was closed also. Therefore wasn’t able to obtain a rental car to get me to Dallas love airport by 4:00am Sunday morning,. so required family member to drive 200 extra miles Sunday morning to go out of there way to drop me off at the airport . It would be better to have your places open to the times they post they are.Reviewed 30 Nov 2020

Pros:I would like my reservation honored. I needed a car. I had a reservation. Everyone there waiting had a reservation. We were all left stranded. We did not even get a cancellation. The hertz crew was home for the day. They left five hours early.Cons:Be open. Honor your reservations. Keep open during your business hours. If you want to make it right you can pay the $25 cab ride into town, the $90 I was forced to pay at the hotel and maybe the cost of car rental from Enterprise.Reviewed 5 Jun 2019

Cons:I rented a small car to accommodate 4 people. The rental place rented our car out before we got there and the only car available was a Camaro. Hertz did not want to do anything to help us because I explained there would be 4 people riding in the car. They could not do anything for me. The car was very uncomfortable for a 6-hour drive. It would be fine for a 20-year-old but for our age, not the best car.Reviewed 16 Dec 2017

Pros:It was clean and ready to go when I got there.Cons:It was confusing on the e-mail from Kayak - it said I had to take a shuttle, but the Hertz counter was in the airport & that is where I picked up the car.Reviewed 30 Oct 2017

TerribleCons:My car was not available for the 2nd week in a row. I had a reservation for a car weeks in advance. I went on my lunch break and they told me I'd have to wait 3-5 hours... How am I supposed to pay for the car if I can't go to work. The only thing the representative could "do for me" was put me in a luxury vehicle for an extra charge a day. Not my problem, guys. I should not have had to pay extra for that. Ridiculous. I just went to cancel my next trip with them due to change of plans for this weekend (it's 5 days away) and they want to charge me $50 cancellation fee. I'm sick of it. Pros:It was clean and a smooth drop off with no problems. The unlimited miles was great and it was a dependable car.Cons:The vehicle was a 2017 Nissan Altima a mid size care not a full size that I wanted and payed for. The driver seat was very uncomfortable there is no way you can lower the end of the seat which made the back of my leg soar. There was not a whole lot of room. The first vehicle the manager brought to me was a Toyota Rav4 wasn't to bad but the outlets didn't work so he brought the Altima. I was running behind from having to come back and switch cars. They also don't state you haft to put $200 deposit down.Reviewed 29 Aug 2017

Poor customer servicePros:Car was a comfortable ride.Cons:Guy at office was rude. He was judgemental. He allowed his personal opinions and views to reflect on his ability to provide a good customer experience. He was derogatory towards who I am married to. The office appears to be very homophobic.
