Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the hotel for its spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient location near amenities, and friendly, helpful staff. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect. However, many guests were disappointed by the lack of an elevator, which made access difficult, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Some also noted minor issues with breakfast options and in-room amenities like kettles. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a good choice for many travelers.
