Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and attending events. Many found the rooms comfortable and clean, and several appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. Pros (+) Comfortable room. Great room service.
Pros (+) Breakfast good, staff friendly, house keeping needs improving but helpful management took positive action. So overall we were happy.
Cons (-) House keeping.
Pros (+) The food and service in the restaurants was great Rooms were very clean and well presented Staff very professional And friendly Good coffee too
Pros (+) Very snazzy looking; rooms were sizeable, clean and had all the things we needed including a hairdryer (super important if you’re a lady traveler) and a good assortment of snacks and in room mini bar. Did not get a chance to check out the restaurant, but upon walking by - it looked very nice and had a great menu.
Cons (-) No salon/ spa on site (at least not that I saw)...and room needs to offer free water bottles. We had to drink from the tap.
Pros (+) The location, staff and facilities where fantastic
Cons (-) A little bit expensive and don't change currency at reception if you can avoid it (to be fair, staff advised me of this, however due to circumstances I had no other choice)
Pros (+) Great location & extremely clean
