Pros (+) el hotel en si estaba bien. Las senoritas de recepcion fueron muy amables y m ayudaron en todo.El senor de seguridad del dia fue muy amable tambien la senora del desayuno....la ubicacion del hotel esta perfecta por que esta cerca de todo la clinicas y el consulado Americano...
Cons (-) el precio del hotel por dia es caro.necesita colchones nuevos ,las toallas estan duras y muy desgastadas,el desayuno tienen q tener mas variedad.yo estube ahi una semana y el desayuno siempre fue huevo,frijoles y salsa...

Pros (+) I have to travel to Juarez Mexico for business purposes.I stayed for 9 days and the service was excellent staff and people there are very nice. They have delicious breakfast which is included. Most of the customers where there for similar reason so we share experiences and I left leaving great friends there. I will definitely come back and choose same hotel again.
Cons (-) I didn't like WiFi. I couldn't access to my tablet no Internet access and the only computer you can use is old. I think if they provide better Internet connection would be really nice and ppl would feel 1000 % satisfied.

Pros (+) It was walking distance from all my appointments.
Cons (-) Unfriendly staff, our reservation was at 3pm and we didn't get check in until close to 5pm. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were to small.
