Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, clean rooms, and wellness amenities such as the spa, pool, and sauna. The breakfast was often described as varied and plentiful. Some guests mentioned comfortable beds and spacious rooms. However, there were complaints about unfriendly staff, room maintenance issues, and noise at night.
