8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for money. Dont expect 5 star at this price
Cons: Some comfy seating in the rooms would be nice
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was a typical buffet style, with variety and choice. The location was good because it was midway between our destination and our home.
Cons: On our first visit last weekend we had some difficulty sleeping due to the noisy guests and noises outwith our room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasantly surprised that this was of a better standard than the Ibis Budget Hotels. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel foyer was pretty large for having a drink after work.
Cons: Always wish that Ibis would carpet the rooms instead of laminate flooring, makes the rooms feel cold. The breakfast was acceptable but not one of the best I've had.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was ideal size, hotel was easy to find and continental breakfast was excellent lots of choice nice pub/restaurant next door and ample parking
Cons: Bit too close to main road lots of road noise

Pros: Location Dinner
Cons: Everything was very dated and tired Room big but old and in need of refurb Bathroom was not cleanest and needs replacing Gym was v small and equipment in need mostly of replacement Breakfast was awful, over cooked and cold, not a great combination. 2.0 Mediocre
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: The room we stayed in was right on top of an event that we were not pre warned about. So felt like the bed was in the middle of the dance floor I ordered an evening meal of chicken tikka, coriander rice, nann. The chicken tikka was like a bowl of tikka soup with the odd piece of chicken, the rice was undercooked, zero coriander and it was hard and the nann bread was rock hard and could have been used as a door wedge. Also a i saw a mouse running around in the front doors area close to reception which didnt fill me with confidence
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, great restaurant, pool was clean and fine.
Cons: Asked for a double room and ended up with two beds pushed together. Hot bath tap leaked on my hand.
7.4 Good
Pros: Small but fairly nice gym with pool and spa area. Evening meal was very good. Staff very friendly and welcoming in all areas we used (gym/spa, bar, restaurant, main reception). WI Fi worked well in room.
Cons: Cooked breakfast was poor, cardboard hash browns and what tasted like powdered scrambled egg. Room is very average and main section has barely any lighting so it is permanently dull. Sauna was broken. Resented paying £5 to park.

7.0 Good
Pros: Very comfy beds
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room temperature was not too hot as in many hotel rooms. Wifi signal was also good; sometimes this is not the case in other hotels and a drop in service can be irritating.
Cons: Metal bath edge was chipped & rusting. Other than that there was nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing.... perfect for my needs
7.1 Good
Pros: Comfy beds

5.0 Okay
Pros: Freshly cooked breakfast and pleasant staff. Approachable reception staff.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Lift didn't work and as we had some older people in our company this made it a little difficult. Some of the lights in the room didn't work which made it difficult to get ready. Lack of staffing. Had to go on the hunt for staff when I wanted to order a drink and bar snacks. The heat in the function room was absolutely ridiculous and when mentioned to the manager he totally dismissed us, a very arrogant small man.

Cons: Could not of been better to be honest .
7.5 Good
Pros: Room was nice and the location of the hotel was great. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The air con in the room didn’t seem to make the room very cool. Staff at breakfast were talking bad about guests (did leave this on a feedback form at the hotel) didn’t think it was professional at all. We had very noisy neighbours and there was a wedding on both nights of our stay. Parking was limited.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful
8.0 Excellent

Pros: We loved the ‘Mr & Mrs’ plate left in our room to celebrate our first valentines. The bed was so super comfy and the breakfast was delicious.
Cons: The only thing we noticed were some cobwebs in the bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: Large rooms, powerful shower and quiet area, set back from main road. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Nice grounds.
Cons: There’s a time restriction of when kids can use the swimming pool 9-11am and 3-6pm. Shower screen seal is loose, so bathroom floor gets flooded easily.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great. Quality of the food was good and the option for breakfast in bed (£5 extra) was available. We didn't eat in the restaurant as the menu seemed a little plain and there was a great selection of restaurants near by.
Cons: The spa did not provide robes/slippers to those guests who were not have treatments. The spa café seemed understaffed as there was only one person serving and she had to keep going between the spa and the hotel to get food to serve.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool complex was lovely, quiet, clean, friendly staff. Hotel was clean, welcoming staff, breakfast amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Price, quality of room, facilities. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast in bed was very good first morning, average second two mornings, items short and hot item was only warm
Cons: Bathroom in need of TLC, wc--very noisy flush, wash basin slow to empty, bedroom was clean but now dated. No ties for bath robes, advised they would be come, did not, asked again, told to get our own from the spa!, spoke to housekeeping lady before the room was cleaned and new robes were given.
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything is clean and staff hardworking.
Cons: The food was not up to scratch last nite , it has been previously.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent room. Excellent breakfast. Spa facilities were great as were the staff.
Cons: Food in the spa was dreadful, expensive, late in arriving and many of the items on the small menu not available, and too few staff. Evening meal too expensive for what it was and, again, too few staff. The lovely lady who was in charge of the restaurant was doing everything.

6.0 Good
Pros: The room itself was clean and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.
Cons: We were moved to a twin room, which was ideal, but the bathroom was a wet room style, again not a problem, but the grouting could have been cleaner, maybe just my standards, but I dont like dirty grout in my washing facilities. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very responsive in providing a breakfast tailored to needs (and hurry). Good choice of fruit juices. Very good quality sandwich provided in the evening. Location and free parking are distinct benefits if doing work in Ellesmere Port. Staff were friendly and responsive. Very good smart TV. Despite some misgivings, I kind of like this place and the people int it.
Cons: No lift apparently available. Being partially disabled this gave me a small but surmountable problem. Took me a long time to find a room number which didn't actually exist. Not a big issue but this isn't the first time this has happened here. Wireless code provided was incorrect. Even when corrected I could not use the wireless connection. Overall. a bit scruffy - wallpaper and paintwork - but given the price why would one complain?

5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff was very friendly. It is very rare to see such dedicated staff in hotels these days. They tried their level best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Cons: 1. The rooms are not air-conditioned. I stayed there for 8 nights. It was very hot. During the day, the room (on first floor) was so hot that it was not possible to stay in the room. 2. There is no fridge in the room and no microwave in the hotel kitchen. The closes place where you can find food is 2 miles away. 3. The lunch was never available. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it was either closed at Lunch hours or there was some wedding going on (4 out 8 days I was there, there was a wedding in the hotel)

Pros: I like the bed size
Cons: It was very loud at night so it was hard to sleep. The next morning we had one of the cleaners walk into our room at 8:30 and then again at 8:45. We were absolutely disgusted by this. As we were checking out we told the receptionist and they didn’t seem to bothered that we had 2 of their staff walking in our room! Overall a bad experience.

7.5 Good
