Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. The rooftop pool is a highlight, appreciated for its size and views. Many guests mention the comfort of the beds and the spaciousness of the rooms, contributing to a restful stay. Cleanliness is frequently noted as a positive aspect, with rooms and facilities kept in good condition. The service, especially from reception and housekeeping staff, is often described as friendly and attentive. Some negative feedback includes issues with bathroom design (notably high bathtubs), occasional maintenance problems, and rare reports of pests, but these are outweighed by the overall positive experience.AI-generated from customer reviews
