Cons:
We arrived 2 hours late, due to air delays to find the Hertz pickup location closed (at 2pm). There was no notification on how to pick up our car. Instead, we had to wait until the next morning at 9am to return to Hertz to find out that they did not have our car.Avis

Cons:
They charged me 30eur....that's about 36 us dollars...for "waiving "their insurance because my credit card covered me extensively....they never mentioned there would be a fee. Let alone such a extortionistic one as large as that.. Will never use them again and implore you not to either.. Crooks!!!Dollar
