Maids only cleaned the room 3 times in 1 week even though we requested daily cleaning. There were dirty glasses in the room when we checked in. There were dirty coffee cups and glassed left in the hall for days! The front desk did nothing about the complaints.

Pros (+) We really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great especially the sleep number bed. I would stay here every time I am in Corning.
