Good location in urban setting with outside reminding me of 1960 drive up motel. My only negative is that there was no streaming and the tv was older. Not SMART compliant. So,,, take your own streaming device or watch local channels.

Cons (-) * HARD BEDS * TINY BATHROOM * BLACK OUT CURTAINS NEED TO BE FLOOR LENGTH NOT WINDOW HEIGHT ONLY (let’s in too much light at the bottom of the curtains—so much light leakage I woke up several times at night) * PARKING LOT PAINT LINES ARE SPACED TOO TIGHTLY—EVEN WITH MY SMALL 4 DOOR CAR I COULD BARELY OPEN MY DOORS WITHOUT NEARLY HITTING VEHICLE NEXT TO ME

Cons (-) I was ill and University Inn refused to refund me. I would have been happy to pay a cancellation fee, but I was charged a full night plus the Hotel.com fee and taxes-- a total of over $90. The snippy clerk at the inn said I "should read the hotel policy." Just because you've read the policy doesn't mean you will get sick in time to give them 24 hours notice. This is where customer service comes in...

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable, sheets were decent.
Cons (-) Everything. It's a DUMP!!!! And ridiculously expensive, $250 a night!!!! NO nightstands, nasty old carpet, dingy and dark room. In the middle of the night the toilet tank completely broke, water all over the floor and inch deep, carpet outside the bathroom got wet. We didn't have a toilet for 6 hours, they didn't even offer us a discounted rate. Don't ever ever ever stay here!!!!!

Pros (+) Close to the college, close to downtown, walking distance of lots of restaurants and grocery store. Clean, friendly staff, amazing rates! Nothing fancy, modernizing all the time. WIll chose it every time i visit my daughter at OSU.
Cons (-) If I HAVE TO say something I didn't like, I would say the bathroom is tiny.
