Pros (+) Everyone was very courteous and helpful, and my stay was very comfortable. The bedding was excellent....firm mattress and yet soft-soft pillows.. It was very easy to relax and sleep well.
Cons (-) The rugs were just a bit stained in the room. That cannot be helped at times I know, but the stains were noticeable. I'll bet it must be close to spring cleaning time. The rugs in the lobby and the hallways were immaculate.
