Cons (-) Day tours recommended by hotel staff are overpriced and not all that good. On one of the tours that we joined, the group was a mix of English speaking and Vietnamese speaking tourist. The guide rattled on and on in Vietnamese most of the time.:( also, on the return trip, the driver dropped us off at the Viecom Plaza (15min walk away) instead of at the doorstep of the hotel as promised by the hotel...
