Cons (-) Due to COVID there unfortunately was no breakfast or housekeeping service available. This meant the room was never cleaned nor were linens or towels ever changed. The front desk provided towels though it took a couple days amid inquiry to discover this. Just wish it was brought to my attention beforehand.

Pros (+) The hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and provided great service. It was very peaceful and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was included and other perks included a world class fitness center, an outdoor running/walking path, and a very nice pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dallas. The price value is incredible. This is a hidden gem.

Pros (+) Access to the entire grounds including fitness facility was great! Coffee selection was nice. Room was very spacious with clean, crisp design.
Cons (-) Would have liked a refrigerator in the room.

Pros (+) Everything was great! We enjoyed the fitness center, got massages and loved the walking/jogging track. Everything was very clean which we always appreciate. Staff was always helpf and friendly. We will definately be back on our trips to Dallas.
Cons (-) Room did not have a mini fridge or microwave. I did not ask to see if these are available though.
