Cons (-) We liked it overall. Just had a few rough patches at the beginning when they had problems finding our resevation and then when she asked if we wanted double beds then gave us keys to a single bed.

Pros (+) The room was fantastic, and everything was clean. The hotel employees were nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. Also I’ve seen the complaints of being charged for parking. We were not charged once and the gates were always up. Hopefully that’s a permanent thing. There’s nothing worse than a hotel that charges for parking.

Pros (+) Friendly, accommodating staff. Attractive, well designed rooms that appear to be recently remodeled. The location in convenient to many locations in Dallas--Downtown, Design District, Deep Ellum, Farmers Market, Uptown.
Cons (-) Few restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.
