Pros: location was perfect...most staff were polite and professional...
Cons: expected room not to have any offending oder....cleanliness was subpar....room was below ground which made the experience even less pleasant...just and average stay....certainly below 5 star.....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gym and Spa was excellent. Obviously easy for plane flights just a gentle stroll, but it worked well for an event in central London also. Caught the last Heathrow Express train at 11.25 in my room by 11.55.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room, the bed and the bathroom were all comfortable and to expectations.
Cons: We had flown in from Hong Kong and were transiting overnight at Heathrow with an 8.20am departure the next morning. After check in at approximately 7.15pm, we stopped by the restaurant to make a dinner reservation for 7.45pm. Even though we could see that the restaurant has many empty tables, we were curtly advised by the restaurant staff that the earliest we could book would be 8.30pm. Given we were traveling with young children and we were all tired after our flights, we elected to go for room service. We ordered room service of 2 burgers, 1 kids fish and chips and 1 kids chicken and chips at 7.45pm. We were advised to allow 40 minutes (for a meal that would take 10 minutes to prepare). After waiting 45 minutes, we called to enquire of the status of our meal. We were told it would be another 15 minutes. They hastily cooked our meal and it arrived at 8.50pm. The children were mostly asleep by this stage and we were no longer interested either. The Pinot Noir was undrinkable. Staff were apologetic. We were not charged for our dinner. The whole experience gave the impression that the hotel trades on its location as the only hotel located at terminal 5.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is clean with good facilities.
Cons: There is no natural air in the bedrooms.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for the airport, comfortable rooms.
Cons: There is only one elevator from the airport link down to the hotel. This was not working and all bags and skis had to be carried using the escalator.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location to T5, and travelled the day before my early flight so woke up rested before a long haul trip.
Cons: Thought the prices for food were high, so wandered over to T5 for a meal.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic spent it with my partner enjoyed the swimming pool and restaurant after.. would recommend to everyone if Hilton are reading this give me a discount
6.0 Good
Pros: I’ve been a guest at this hotel before and I have to say the first time I stayed was a more pleasant experience compared to the second. This is because the lady at the front desk who checked us in was quite stern and blunt with her attitude. Also I paid for a queen room with a balcony and on arrival I was allocated a standard double room so it was an inconvenience to keep switching around. Furthermore I placed two separate orders for room service and on both occasions the waiter forgot at least one item each time. the food I ordered to my room via room service was quite bland and overpriced
Cons: The location is beautiful, the facilities are wonderful and the majority of the staff are lovely and they always try to fix a problem to the beat of their ability when there is one

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall cleanliness, friendly staff and great view!
Cons: Bread/toast with breakfast was a great let down - plastic bread just felt totally out of place - with local bakers should be able to offer a great choice.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was comfortable and clean, props for being able to open the window. Check in process quick.
Cons: The breakfast was not up to standard at all. I have worked in hospitality for 10 years so I guess I have a good idea of what should be offered. The staff was a bit rude, they didn't let everyone sit where they wanted to, the gentleman that took our order was mistaken twice and we had to ask for thing again and we had the impression that he was indicating what we should or should not order. Potentially it would have been easier with a buffet instead of having to order the breakfast. The quality of it wasn't great either to be completely honest. Also the checkout process was super slow, breakfasts not posted to the correct room, printer not working really a hassle.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great and hotel decor was beautiful
Cons: Breakfast incl. coffee were below expectations considering the cost, Service at breakfast was poor, rooms were hot,

Pros: The setting, it was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.
Cons: The breakfast could have been better.

7.0 Good
Pros: Easy to find, handy location, lovely property. Good in-room facilities. Comfortable & quiet.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in a quiet area. Nice restaurant and bar and a good breakfast buffet.
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the location. The design .
Cons: The shower was not hot or powerful enough and didn’t stay in the correct position , kept falling down . We could hear people walking on the floor above so loudly it woke us up . The cleaners were cleaning the rooms so early and we could hear that outside the room . Sound proofing and starting any work after 9am .
7.0 Good
Pros: Good location, nice rooms, onsite restaurant.
Cons: Toilet leaked, no toilet roll holder in the bathroom, mini bar half empty, room could do with redecoration and dusting!
4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good, except the eggs were a little under cooked. The breakfast staff were very smiley & helpful.
Cons: A £50 hold on a credit card the minute you arrived (in case you drank the mini bar dry?) No information at all in the room about fire escapes, check out times, breakfast times, nothing helpful at all. The bathroom was tired looking & when we moved the settee to be able to sit looking out of the window, no-one had vacuumed under there for months!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The quality of teas and toiletries in room.
Cons: Lighting
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff in a pleasant location. Parking was ample and free.

1.0 Poor
Pros: I came to London to visit the Richmond University. When I googled the hotel in the map, it seemed fairly close to the University, but to make sure, I called the hotel. They said it was walking distance. So I booked it, for a quite high fee as well. Tbc
Cons: The hotel ended up being 45 min walk to the university!!!! Therefore I am extremely disappointed. Awful hotel, room service, etc
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Only card payment and the 50 quid on top of your stay payment just Incase you have optional extras. No ideal as wasn’t informed

Cons: Location. Easy to get to from the train station
6.3 Good
Pros: Good location
Cons: Payments were taken without permission. We didn’t get the room we had paid for
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I'm loyal to Marriott. I guess because I am a former associate.
Cons: I was surprised no gift shop or any sort of retail. The hotel was attached to the stadium, the only way to get to the gym was out the doors, no inside hotel entry. The location is great, but inconvenient for my daughter and I going out frequently to town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent modern bathroom facilities. Clean, comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was a really nice cooked breakfast. I would prefer Heinz baked beans, but other than that it was great.
Cons: A bit more space (we were in a small twin room)
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much it was not very well presented. We booked for 2 nights and left after 1 as there was a lot of trouble with other guests and the police had to be called. We felt unsafe in this accommodation. We got no refund and had one of the worst nights of our life with what happened involving another guest. It was more like a reforming alcoholics house than accomodation. I would not recommend this place at all.
Cons: Everything. It was very unpleasant. Very scary regarding the types of people who stay here. See above for further explanation
7.9 Good
Pros: Good down to Earth accommodation - I’ve stayed there several times when visiting my Daughter who lives in Old Isleworth but doesn’t have spare room for me. Beds are comfortable & despite being near a very busy road and almost under the Heathrow Flightpath it is quite quiet (apart from one time when I had a room at the front with accompanying traffic noise)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Huge and comfy bed
Cons: A bit pricey for dinner No transport to hotel
5.0 Okay
Pros: It is a good location
Cons: Cheapest price in the area I could find, after my stay I feel it’s massively over priced. Imagine paying £60 a night to stay in Amsterdam’s grottiest hostel, that’s what it was like. My first morning there was a guest who I believe to have had a fight with the staff, the stairs up to my room had a police tape line across it and there was an ambulance present. Staff lacked any emotion and where verging ok rude
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Mirror in the bedroom area near a piwer point would be good from my wifes point of view, otherwise very clean , conveniently placed guest house..lovely breakfast..loads of choices.and with parking.
