Cons (-) Toilet over flowed. Had to go and get plunger from front desk and take care of this myself. Then needed cleaning products to clean floor. Was given febreeze to clean with. I am an RN and said I needed a bleach product. She went in a closet and gave me an orange degreaser and another product in an unlabeled bottle; that did not smell like bleach or antiviral cleaner?
