Summary of reviews

Guests say

Many guests experienced significant issues with service, such as overbooking and poor communication, leading to canceled reservations or being unable to check in. Cleanliness was another major concern, with reports of dirty rooms, old sheets, and bathroom maintenance problems. The location was often described as inconvenient or difficult to access, and breakfast quality was frequently criticized for lack of variety, poor selection, and cold food. While a few reviews mentioned friendly staff and good value, the overall sentiment is negative due to recurring problems in these key areas.
