Pros (+) Should not be open to public in its current state. Above a noisy pub w. pool table, live rock music. Downstairs entryway strewn with household items. Doors & passageways not secured properly. Heavy wear and discolouration on carpets & walls. Furniture & fittings cheap and worn. Toilet/shower tiny, cheaply equipped & in poor repair. AVOID.
