10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and clean. The location is excellent. 2 minutes, if that, to where the shops, cafes and bars are. Great location for Britannia Royal Naval College. The tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are a great touch and the disposable cups/plates/bowls/cuttelry was so handy! Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Great that you can get WiFi in the room. The parking space is also wonderful. I would recommend anyone to stay here.
Cons: I couldn't fault anything!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, lovely furnishings and very spacious. Great central location close to town.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Friendly staff, lovely room
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean room with comfortable bed and en-suite facilities.
Cons: Not that we spent much time in the room but if you were looking for a sea views this isn’t the place
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, and had left mineral water and even fresh milk in the room's fridge. There was even a little case with disposable plates, cutlery etc, for picnics. The bed was very comfortable indeed. This place is just bed only, no breakfast, but we're not bothered about having breakfast provided as this only makes places more expensive and we can easily get something on the hop. Parking is just round the corner in designated spaces, which is great in a congested town like Dartmouth. Nice clean towels etc, and the radiators were easily adjusted (we prefer a nice cool room to sleep in).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All of the above very happy with the whole experience Thankyou
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Unique beautiful location. Charming friendly staff. Comfortable beds and delicious breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The setting is very pleasant with excellent gardens and tennis court
Cons: The owners have 2 dogs which are very frisky and upset the younger children by chasing after them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was as others have described less like staying at a hotel and more like staying with friends who have a really cool house. We loved the honesty bar tab, the bed was amazing. You had to climb into it. The Fingals bespoke toiletries were lovely.
Cons: It was all good thanks
6.3 Good
Pros: Cooked breakfast was good. Nice gardens. Good selection of books.
Cons: Very much off the beaten track. Once we returned from a day out we didn’t want to venture out onto the narrow roads again for dinner. A better location for walkers and I probably should have researched the location in greater detail before booking. Didn’t appear to be much choice other than full English as a breakfast.
7.2 Good
Pros: The wonderful relaxing atmosphere and the feeling of being 'at home' away from home. Richard and Sheila were amazing hosts. Most of the other guests were 'regulars'.
Cons: Dinner. Sadly, due to loss of their chef of many years, they tried to cater for us all themselves. The main course was almost raw and vegetables were cold. Starters very unimaginative and the sweet course almost as bad. This, however, is a one off unlucky situation but wouldn't like to repeat it. It was my Christmas present to my Fiance which was extremely disappointing.
6.4 Good
Pros: Relaxed atmosphere
7.6 Good
Pros: friendliness of everyone, great food, very enjoyable stay
Cons: no
6.8 Good
Pros: Very relaxing stay. Very informal. Most obliging host and staff. Did not feel like a hotel; more like a guest at a country hose.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: All of it.
6.4 Good
Pros: The free and easy atmosphere, the welcome and the aura of the hotel was completely relaxing and home from home. No stuffed shirts here!!!
Cons: The food was only mediocre expected more for the price, the chef tries too hard!!! There were too many flavours which interacted and blew away my tastebuds!

Cons: Out shower room very small and cramped
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location. The hosts were lovely. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Our room was nice but there was so much stuff on every surface and on the walls it would challenge anyone to keep on top of the dust. Accordingly the room was so dusty we felt it was unhealthy. We loved our stay, the shower was great with lots of hot water but attention to the dust situation would have made the review totally positive. Thank you for a lovely stay.
