Place is under construction, and it needs it. The rooms are just ok but the ac unit smells musky. Pool/pool area is in good condition. Price was fair for room.

Pros (+) From the moment we checked in we were treated like royalty. So genuinely friendly. The included full breakfast is awesome as we're the ribs in the attached restaurant. Book Now!!!

Pros (+) Overall nice stay. Did see a roach one morning in the bathroom. Otherwise good service. Nice staff. Clean heated pool. Nice waterfront and easy access to beach. Good happy hour. Neal at their restaurant, Traders, was awesome! Make sure you see Neal. Good food, had loaded fries and the ribeye and both were good.
