Cleanliness was another major issue, with multiple mentions of dirty rooms, carpets, and public areas. Bathroom light did not work. Absolutely no maintenance person hired to repair anything. Front desk person not concerned at all or offer any help. Couch was worn and dirty. Bedspread dirty with spots on it. Rooms definitely need maintenance and upkeep/updates.
