Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and attentive staff, as well as its charming art deco atmosphere and convenient location. The historic building and elegant decor are highlights for many, and several guests enjoyed the spacious rooms and relaxing ambiance. However, there are repeated concerns about cleanliness, particularly regarding worn carpets and dated facilities, as well as some dissatisfaction with bed comfort. Despite these issues, the overall experience is positive, especially due to the quality of service and unique character of the hotel.
