Usually one of the finest lodgings I've ever remained. Never at once I lamented my choice of remaining here. The room is exceptionally roomy and cozy. Beds are comfortable. The nourishment, area, view, cleanliness, neighborly staff and numerous more great focuses unquestionably will make me select this inn once more within the future. Incredible for commerce trip! Exceedingly suggested for everybody!

As soon as we stepped into the hotel lobby I knew this was not a typical hotel I am used to in this part of the world. We were warmly greeted, given an upgrade for our room and escorted to the room. The room was spotless with all the items we needed for our stay. We had a nice view of the sea. We tried all the restaurants and couldn't fault the service or food. In fact we found our buffet dinner to have to many choices but enjoyed the experience. Our favorite restaurant was on the beach. Again, amazing food and service. I have been to Djibouti before and this trip I wanted to go to Lake Assal and the surrounding area. This was all arranged for us with an excellent guide and driver. The guide's knowledge of the area and interesting stories kept us entertained throughout the trip. We found this service with any request. Nothing was impossible and quickly done. On paying the bill I found out that MasterCard is not accepted in the country. The desk staff quickly worked out a plan to pay for our extras since the hotel and meals were already paid in advance. Would I return to Djibouti? The answer is yes and would stay at the Palace Kempinski. This was a great trip and experience. Most of which is down to the efforts of the hotel. Many thanks.

Cons: Small thing that can be fix...example, the sliding door tracks in the new rooms need to move freely when opening

Cons: I was in room 308 and when leaving the room you have to be sure the door locks behind you.

Pros: The hotel is located a bit out of the town and it is quiet with a beautiful swimming pool (even though I did not have time to dive in...). The staff were kind and the restaurant served delicious dishes including bread!

Cons: I had an occasional unexpected small visitors like insects to surprise me at night.

Pros: Wonderful

Cons: The Security at the main entrance are not properly trained with guest already staying on the property.
