Pros (+) The staff at the front desk was insisting that I had not paid for the room yet, even though I had. It wasn't until I started getting upset that another staff person came over to show her that I had already paid for the room ahead of time. If this other more experienced person did not come over, she would have made me pay twice for the room. Plus the toilet was dirty. And timer lights kept turning ...
