Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and some found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, reviews were mixed about cleanliness and service, with several guests reporting issues such as lack of communication, poor staff attitude, maintenance problems, and inconsistent housekeeping. Some positive comments highlighted friendly staff and neat rooms, but negative experiences with amenities, water supply, and noise were also common. Overall, while the location and some room features were appreciated, there is significant room for improvement in service and upkeep.
