The hot tub smelled really bad and was small. Soaking in a hot tub was my main reason for booking here and I was slightly disappointed.
The location was awesome! Close to the interstate but far enough away that noise wasn’t an issue. Close to park meadows mall and Ikea. Breakfast wasn’t included but for the price, buy breakfast elsewhere.

One of the Elevator was not working so have to wait longer. Pillows were too soft. Need to upgrade pillow.

Room was in dire need of maintenance heat ac unit noisy entry door weather strip hanging off door small bathroom small room chair in room was stained and pillows were small and in need of replacement and the noise from hallway made sleep difficult. Definitely not worth the money and didn't live up to what I expect from a Hilton.

Arrived at 11:00 pm. Room was nort available. After an hour, an obviously new clerk didn't know what to do. Eventually we were sent to a new hotel. We were not told it was only for one night. (Our reservation was for three nights. Once again we had to pack go back to the Hilton , where they didn't know what to do with us. We were expected for a graduation at the Air Force Academy. We were late for the first event. Finally a woman came in, looked at the reservation, and said," I wrote right here that they were arriving late. How could you rent their room? Luckily, someone moved out, and we were given a room. This was a horrible experience!
During my stay, at 4pm, my room still had not been cleaned.
Upscale Hotel Close to Area Businesses
Clean, beautiful décor, and excellent amenities for a business traveler. Great, professional service. Walking distance to an upscale Mexican restaurant (Hacienda Colorado) and in the heart of the business district. Daily USA Today and easy parking as well.
I arrived after a 7 hour drive from Durango. Pulled up to intrance and I was sent around to a back entrance. When I entered the dust from drywall work cast a white glow over the entrance. It was difficult to breath. I commented to the desk manager and he told me it's so bad he has to clean the counter every 10 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of the situation during my booking is the issue I have with Hilton and the hotel. Never offered any remuneration or reimbursement of any kind. Would never stay here again
The lobby was nice. For such a high end hotel maybe they could renovate it a bit. I was surprised to see the popcorn ceilings. The customer service was good.
That breakfast was not included with the room. No continental either. Coffee was good.

We asked for a rollaway and where told they would bring one right up after an hour and a half we still had no rollaway, so we asked again and they said they would check and see if they had any, half an hour later still nothing, we checked again and they said there where non. So we asked for two blankets and they brought one and we had call back for another one. Other than that is was a great stay.
