Pros (+) Nice newer hotel. Property was clean, room was great, bed comfy. While confusing for find at first, it's actually easily accessible from the interstate. We were really hoping for a warm soak but sadly that was not available - not even in the room since it only has a large shower but no tub. Our room didn't get maid service one morning. Pros (+) Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Breakfast is yummy and filling! Check out time is not until 12 noon so that makes it easier to get the kids up and ready.
Cons (-) Even though the pool is heated it is still too cold to enjoy. We witnessed a few families leave after 10 minutes because it was just too cold.
Pros (+) The room and facility were very clean and well kept. The breakfast was delicious!
Cons (-) I had reserved two queens because of four guests (two adults + two kiddos) and was "upgraded" to a king with sofa-sleeper. I'm pretty easy-going so it was okay...but it still bothers me when hotels take it upon themselves to change my reservation. Other than that the stay was great.
Pros (+) Even though it was further from Denver than I had hoped it was easy to get downtown. Room was nice. Location to shopping was great.
Cons (-) When the people above me showered it sounded like I had a cascading waterfall next to my head. Walls were thin.

Cons (-) I had to book my room online as I waited in the lobby since I found a rate that was $15 cheaper at hotels.com. I think it would be a good business practice to price match. Hampton Inn would get to keep more of the profit.
